Although our ability to provide service requires that we collect personal information about our customers, we take measures to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of that information. Information we Collect
Like most websites, our servers automatically log general information about each visitor. This does not include email addresses or other personally identifiable details about visitors. We also log aggregate information about what pages are visited, and technical information used to identify trends. This is not recorded in a way that allows it to be cross referenced to a particular visitor. The only other details collected are those specifically provided by the visitor when filling in the registration form.
Our site's registration form and online surveys may request or require users to provide personally identifiable information (like their name, gender, age and email address). We may use the information from our registration forms and surveys to contact the user, but users may opt-out of receiving future mailings (see the choice/opt-out section below). We will not sell or disclose your personally identifiable data to any third party unless:
(i) we first obtain permission from you;
(ii) we need to share it with agents or contractors who perform services for us;

How we Use the Information
Free4Me.co.za uses personal information to send members opt-in emails. These emails will be sent monthly to members and will contain information which is deemed to be of interest as per our conditions of use. Occasionally there may be additional emails where there is a specific offer which is considered to be time sensitive or valuable.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time by going to http://www.free4me.co.za/aboutus/unsubscribe.php or following the instructions included in each of our emails. Members may also continue to use the website but unsubscribe from receiving communications from Free4Me.
When Free4Me members take up a premium offer that a company has specifically offered on Free4Me.co.za, the company will receive our member's details pertaining to that specific offer only. Free4Me members are entitled to opt-out of further communications after this introductory offer but must opt-out from that company, not Free4Me.
Members should keep their information up to date by logging into their account, clicking on Login and thereby ensuring their offers can be fulfilled.
From time to time, Free4Me will have the opportunity of emailing its members with offers that other companies would like to promote. We will try to match your interests with these offers so that members receive maximum benefit from their membership. We may not always get it exactly right. Free4Me will limit these emails so that you never feel that they are spam. Once you take up one of these offers, your interaction is with the company, not Free4Me.
Children
Free4Me.co.za does not seek to collect any information from children under the age of 16. If any child provides us with personally identifiable information, a parent or guardian may notify us and such information will be deleted from our records.
Cookies
We may use cookies to determine whether you have visited our site previously and to save and remember any preferences that you set while using our site. Our cookies cannot retrieve any other data from a hard drive or obtain an email address. Although a user has the ability to modify most browsers to either accept all cookies, notify the user when a cookie is sent, or reject all cookies. It may not be possible to utilise certain services at Free4Me.co.za if cookies are rejected.

Free4Me.co.za may in future make chat rooms, message boards, and/or news groups available to its members.
